Quarter-over-quarter share changes appear only when filings can be compared by the same reported CUSIP.
Primary sources
Every imported filing links to its public SEC EDGAR information table.

Quarterly and delayed

Form 13F reports are periodic disclosures, not an account of real-time activity.

Methodology included

Review source, date, limitations, and freshness alongside the dashboard.

Mobile watchlist interface with energy and resources symbols and mini charts.

Illustrative category map

This archived interface capture is a visual index of categories for independent study. It does not depict institutional holdings, real-time activity, or a recommendation.

Methodology

How the monitor handles public filings.

Source. Data is requested server-side from SEC EDGAR submission records and Form 13F information-table files using a descriptive User-Agent, then cached in the storefront database.

Delay and scope. Form 13F generally covers certain reportable securities and can omit information. It does not provide a complete portfolio, cost basis, intent, or real-time activity.

Freshness. The refresh path is scheduled no more than once daily. Dashboard rows display the filing date and the report-period date so members can assess the age of each record.

Comparison. A reported position change is calculated only when the same CUSIP appears in two comparable filings for the same manager. It is not presented as an instruction or characterization of an underlying transaction.

Educational research only. Public Form 13F filings show reported institutional holdings and may be delayed; they do not show real-time trades and are not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or trade. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal.
